Condition 3: in the Reason: replace Len for MEDWAY

Reason: To ensure the visual amenity, character and appearance of the open countryside location which forms part of the designated Len Medway  Valley Landscape of Local Value is safeguarded.

One additional Condition to be added:

The new barn doors on the Northern elevation will remain closed between darkened hours dusk to dawn.
