Amendment to remove informative (3) and replace with the following condition:

Prior to occupation, a sprinkler system shall be installed in the proposed dwelling in accordance with Building Regulations requirements and shall be retained thereafter in perpetuity. 

Reason: The sprinkler system is essential for the safety of future occupants.
