Appeal against Penalty Points 1 Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered the appeal against the issue of 3 Penalty Points to a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver’s Licence as detailed in the exempt report. Determination: That the Sub-Committee had decided to rescind the penalty points issued to the Appellant as detailed in the exempt minute.
