Indices of Multiple Deprivations (IMD) data

The dashboard shows the English Indices of Deprivation (ID), with a specific interest on Maidstone. You can select the different geographical areas to compare to by clicking the icons in the dashboard. Use the arrows at the bottom or the icon buttons to move between pages.

The English ID are a useful tool for targeting services to help tackle deprivation. They provide a means of identifying the most and least deprived areas (LSOAs) in England and to compare whether one area is more deprived than another. The data is publicly available and can be accessed on GOV.UK.
