Loose Neighbourhood Plan Consultation Response (Regulation 16)

 

 

The Loose Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to the Borough Council, and MBC is responsible for undertaking public consultation on behalf of the Parish Council. MBC is also a consultee at this stage. The consultation dates have been agreed with the Parish Council: 2 November to 14 December 2018. In accordance with the neighbourhood planning protocol, as approved by SPST Committee, MBC's representation on the Loose Neighbourhood Plan must be considered by the Committee at this stage. This report will set out the Borough Council's draft response to the plan.
