●        Condition 6 should be amended to read:

The development shall not commence until an ecological enhancement plan, incorporating the recommendations within the Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (The Ecology Consultancy received) and Bat Survey Report (The Ecology Consultancy received 09/07/15), to include the provision of bat/bird bricks/boxes/tubes within the eaves of the north facing elevations of the buildings, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The ecological enhancement plan shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all features shall be retained in that manner thereafter.

Reason: To protect and enhance biodiversity.
