The Council received an email on the 1 June 2016 from the Department for Communities and Local Government regarding this item on the agenda.

If the planning committee is minded to approve the application the email requested that the Department for Communities and Local Government be given the opportunity to call the application in for approval by the Secretary of State. In response the officer recommendation on pages 25 and 28 is amended as follows:
