URGENT UPDATE

Item 14: Report of the Head of Planning and Development – Community Infrastructure Levy: Draft Charging Schedule

1.       Since publication of the Committee papers it has become apparent that two minor amendments to the introductory sections of the Draft Charging Schedule (Appendix A) are required to ensure it is ready for consultation.

2.       At paragraph 1.1 on page 169 of the Committee papers the proposed consultation dates should be included. The following change is therefore proposed:

Replace “(DATE TBC)” with “Friday 5 August 2016 and closes at 5pm on Friday 16 September”.

3.       Table 1 on page 170 of the Committee papers need to be updated to reflect the proposed consultation dates and following milestone dates. The following change is therefore proposed:

Replace existing Table 1 with the table below:
