To amend the Allocation Scheme to support the Council’s strategic objective of supporting early homelessness prevention, encouraging  households to remain in their current accommodation, ensure households placed in temporary accommodation are prioritised for social housing and revise other sections of the scheme so that it remains compliant with current legislation.
