Report of the Head of Policy and Communications - Strategic Plan 2015-20 refresh
Issue for Decision
The Strategic Plan aligns with the medium term final strategy (MTFS) and sets the 5 year direction for the Council. This report sets out the actions for the 2016 refresh to ensure continued alignment with the MTFS

The Committee were asked to review the projects and related draft action plan identifying any changes they considered may be required.
The Strategic Planning, Sustainability and Transportation Committee have the opportunity to shape the work that delivers the following priority action areas:
· Securing improvements to the transport infrastructure of our Borough
· Planning for sufficient homes to meet our Borough’s needs.
Decision made
1. That the Committee considered the projects under the Priority Action areas presented in the Strategic Plan 2015-20 refresh report dated 19 January 2016, noting that there was nothing the Committee wished to add at this point.
2. That the Committee agreed the action plan, milestones and outcomes (attached at Appendix I) to the report.
