In considering the topics for the 2024/25 work programme, the Committee supported adopting the CIL and Section 106 Review and a Planning Enforcement Review as topical issues that could use some clarity for Members and for the public. The Committee agreed to leave some flexibility and capacity in the work programme in anticipation of the release of the Cabinet Forward Plan.
