Additional Comments:

Coxheath Parish Council have requested that a condition should be included that the previous planning permission for stationing a mobile home and/or touring caravan on this land is rescinded if the current application for a new hose is approved.  The Parish Council feel that it would be entirely inappropriate and intrusive to allow a dwelling house and a mobile home on the site.
 

Officer response:

If approved and implemented, the current application for a single dwellinghouse would supersede the permission for stationing a mobile home.  The two permissions cannot be implemented at the same time.

Recommendation:

My recommendation remains unchanged.
