Due to noise level from the nearby highway applicant is advised that habitable rooms should be fitted with acoustic glazing and mechanically ventilated. Also asbestos should be checked during demolition of the stable building and necessary safety measures carried out through-out the demolition works and removal of the resulting material from the site.
