Two additional neighbour objections have been received.  Objections are summarised as follows:

·         Development is unsustainable

·         Inadequate infrastructure

·         Impact on schools and doctors

·         Foul sewage and drainage system are inadequate

·         Traffic congestion

·         A development of this size will turn Headcorn into a small town.

Recommendation

The recommendation for “Approved with conditions” remains unchanged.
