The proposal will involve the diversion of a section of a public footpath which will be just to the east over the proposed roadway. This is because 2 buildings will be sited over the line of the footpath and 2 buildings will be sited close to the footpath and so in accordance with saved policy ENV26 of the Development Plan and in the interest of residential amenity the following condition is therefore recommended:
No development shall take place over the north/south section of public right of way KM283 between plots 65, 66, 85 and 84 until the confirmation of its diversion has taken place.
Reason: In order to protect the public right of way and in the interest of residential amenity.
Recommendation remains unchanged.
