● Further representations have been received from the occupants of 2 Elmstone Lane (adjacent property to east of site) raising concerns over loss of light. As set out in the committee report I am satisfied that the proposal would not lead to a significant loss of light to any neighbouring property and raise no objection on this issue.
My recommendation remains unchanged.
