Representations have been received from the occupants of 19 Eyhorne Street raising concerns over the access serving the proposal and potential property damage at construction phase.
In response and to reiterate, the applicant has clearly set out how building works will be undertaken; the Highways Authority have raised no objection; and any potential property damage is not a material planning consideration.
My recommendation remains unchanged.
