This paragraph is amended to remove reference to an objection by Cllr Powell and instead read as follows;

Cllr Powell has called the application into committee as a result of concerns regarding parking, footway crossing, drainage grounds and visual amenity and requires the application to be determined by the Planning Committee

My recommendation remains unchanged.
