Officer Comments:

Paragraph 8.01 of the committee report states that the last two Lime trees furthest from the Southwest entrance to the park are not included within TPO No. 32 of 1973 (G1) and so do not require consideration as part of the application.  An informative should therefore be added to any permission accordingly.

Recommendation:

The recommendation remains unchanged with the addition of the following informative:

(1)    The 2 Lime trees furthest from the Southwest entrance to the park are not protected under TPO No. 32 of 1973 therefore a formal application for any work to these trees is not required.
