In the light of the rural location of the development, it is considered that condition 3 should require samples to be submitted for approval.

AMENDED CONDITION 3:

3) The caravans hereby approved shall be clad before being brought onto the site in accordance with details and samples that have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The approved cladding shall be retained as such for the duration of each caravan's time on the site.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the countryside and to reflect the material palette for such a countryside location.
