Minutes:

The Chairman said that he intended to take the update reports of the Head of Planning and Development and any verbal updates to be included in the Officer presentations as urgent items as they contained further information relating to the applications/matters to be considered at the meeting.

 

The Chairman said that he also intended to take a verbal update in relation to application 21/500866/FULL (Wickes, St Peters Street, Maidstone, Kent) as an urgent item to avoid any delay in issuing the planning permission.
