11 Report of the Director of Regeneration and Communities - Commercial Property Acquisition
Minutes:
The Committee
considered the exempt report of the Director of Regeneration and
Communities which related to a joint acquisition of a site in
Maidstone.
Members were advised that should the Council’s bid be
successful then a partnership agreement would be entered into with
the organisation as detailed in the exempt report.
The proposed short term use and longer term regeneration options
for the development of the site were discussed.
RESOLVED: That the
recommendations set out in the exempt report be approved subject to
some minor amendments.
