RESOLVED: That subject to the
prior completion of a S106 legal agreement Deed of Variation and
Supplemental Deed linking this application to the previously
agreed and signed S106 agreement in order to secure the
agreed contributions/obligations, the Head of Planning and
Development be given delegated powers to grant permission subject
to the conditions set out in the report as amended by the urgent
update report.
