The Committee considered the report of the Head of Policy, Communications and Governance and the exempt appendix which related to the appointment of an Independent Person for the Joint Independent Remuneration Panel.

 

Members interviewed the candidate and considered the application.

 

RESOLVED: That the Committee Recommends to Council that Mr Christopher Webb be appointed as the Independent Person for the Joint Independent Remuneration Panel.
