299.	Urgent Items Minutes: The Chairman stated that, in his opinion, the update reports of the Head of Planning and Development should be taken as urgent items as they contained further information relating to the applications to be considered at the meeting.
300.	Disclosures by Members and Officers Minutes: Councillor Round stated that the proposed site for agenda Item 9 - 15/504300 – Land North of 61 Knaves Acre, Headcorn, Kent was located less than 100 yards from his property. Councillor Round confirmed that he had not yet formed an opinion on the proposed development.
