4.	Election of Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Mrs Gooch be elected as Chairman of the Committee for the Municipal Year 2017/18.
5.	Election of Vice-Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Mrs Grigg be elected as Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the Municipal Year 2017/18.
