Appointment of Director of Mid Kent Services Minutes: Councillor Mrs Grigg opened the meeting and acknowledged those also present who were:- Mr S Guest, (SOLACE) Mrs Broom, Chief Executive, Maidstone Borough Council Mr Benson, Chief Executive, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Mr Mark Radford, Interim Chief Executive, Swale Borough Council Baljinder Sandher, HR Shared Services Manager Councillor Duncan Dewar-Whalley, Swale Borough Council Councillor Jane March, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Following the interview, the Sub-Committee considered all the applicants and reached their decision which was unanimous. RESOLVED: That Mr Stephen McGinnes be appointed as the Director of Mid Kent Services.
