3.	Election of Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Blackmore be elected Chairman for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.
4.	Election of Vice-Chairman Minutes: RESOLVED: That Councillor Grigg be elected as Vice-Chairman for the 2023/24 Municipal Year.
