Examples of this include: In team meetings and discussions you are open and honest and not afraid to put your point across. Learn from your mistakes and take responsibility for them. Give feedback direct to colleagues, not in their absence.

• Leave a positive impression on behalf of the council

Examples of this include: Promote council services with customers and other contacts.
