Examples of this include: Be proactive in accepting tasks but be aware of your limits and keep the customer informed.

• See a job through to the end

Examples of this include: Ensure that you understand all of the customer needs and take responsibility for delivering.

• Deliver on your promises

Examples of this include: Ensure delivery is timely but be realistic with promises, taking into account where others are needed to help deliver. Record your actions and outcomes so that
colleagues can see what has been happening and if necessary deliver in your absence.
