Facilities
The park stands on the site of the old Maidstone Zoo and is part of the Cobtree Manor Estate. The park and the wider estate is run and funded by the Cobtree Manor Estate Trust. We maintain the park on the Trust's behalf.

Parking
Between the hours of 7am and 9pm when the park is open (please check park notice boards for opening hours).

All of the money raised from parking charges will be used to help maintain the park.
Maidstone Zoo Play Area
The play area opened in Easter 2013 and was designed by Eibe. It was inspired by the old Maidstone Zoo.
Improvements
Other improvements to the park have included:
- Laying new paths to make it more accessible
- Refurbishing the car park to make it lighter and increase the number of spaces
- Planting new trees
Park Ranger
A Park Ranger helps with the day-to-day running of the park. You can contact them on 01622 602747 between 7am to 3pm.
Cobtree Manor Golf Course
The golf course is part of the park. The course is run by Mytime Golf and the club house can be contacted on 01622 753276.
The entrance to the course is on:

ME14 3AZ
There is also an entrance from the A229/Bluebell Hill.
