Appeal a declined application

If we have not granted you with a licence and you do not agree with it, you can email licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk or call 01732 227004.

If your licence is refused you can appeal against the decision through the Magistrates Court. This must be done within 21 days of when the decision was made.
