DECISION MADE
That the Asset Management Plan 2012-2015, attached as
Appendix A to the report of the Assistant Director of Environment and
Regulatory Services, be approved for consideration by the Corporate Services
Overview & Scrutiny Committee before being recommended to Council for
adoption.

I have read and approved the above decision which differs
from the recommendations set out in the report for the following reason:-
As this is a Policy Framework Document, the Asset Management
Plan 2012-2015 must be considered by Overview and Scrutiny before being
recommended to Council.
