Adoption of
Empty Homes Plan
This Decision relates to the Report of the Head of Housing
and Community Services issued on 31 January 2013.
DECISION MADE
1.
That the new Empty Homes Plan, as set out at Appendix 1 to the report of
the Head of Housing and Community Services, be adopted.
2.
That delegated authority be given to the officers specified in the
Action Plan to take the actions contained within the Empty Homes Plan.
