RESOLVED: That the items on the Agenda be taken in public as proposed.
102. Minutes
RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 24 January 2013 were approved as a correct record and signed.
103. Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Issues (if any)
There were no issues to discuss.
104. Street Trading Consent Fee Structure
The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding the responses to the Street Trading Fee Structure consultation and, as a result of these, a proposed change to the fee structure.
RESOLVED: That the fee structure for applications for individual stalls, as agreed at the last meeting, be amended to the following:-
Up to 12 days - £30
Up to 30 days - £65
Up to 90 days - £180
Full year consent - £385
105. House to House Collections
The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services setting out the policy relating to House to House collections within the Borough.
RESOLVED: That the report be noted.
106. Licensing Training
The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding the proposed training for Licensing Committee Members and Substitutes for the Municipal Year 2013/14.
RESOLVED: That the training for Licensing Committee Members as outlined in the report of the Head of Democratic Services be approved.
