RESOLVED: That the Items on Part II of the Agenda be taken in private as proposed.
46. Minutes
RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 5 September 2012 be approved as a correct record and signed.

RESOLVED: That the Meeting be adjourned for 15 minutes or until the arrival of Mr Bolesworth.
49. Meeting Re-Convened
The Meeting was re-convened at 6.41 pm on the arrival of Mr Bolesworth.
50. Street Trading Consent – Mr D Bolesworth
The Committee considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding a Street Trading Application to sell hot dogs from a mobile barrow outside of Ann Summers by the phone boxes in Week Street, Maidstone.
RESOLVED: That the application be refused.
