Notice is hereby given that the Cabinet, Maidstone Borough Council, intend to make a decision in respect of the matter outlined below. The Cabinet may need to enter into closed session during the consideration of the item.
As less than the 28 days’ notice required by Regulation 5 of the above Regulations is impracticable to be complied with for the reasons set out below, notice is hereby given that the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has agreed that the making of the decision is urgent and cannot reasonably be deferred.

Seeking approval to the creation and trial of a Creative Maker Space and Arts Hub in Granada House in 2024/25 to run for a three-year trial period. |
REASON THAT COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATION 5 IS IMPRACTICABLE
To avoid any delay in submitting funding applications.
