1.        PURPOSE OF REPORT AND EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

1.1     To consider the resolution made by Policy and Resources Committee.

 

 

 

2.        INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND

 

2.1     At its meeting on 25 November 2015 the Policy and Resources Committee considered the Reference from the Heritage, Culture and Leisure Committee which recommended that Members of the Policy and Resources Committee confirm their Committee’s approved representatives, to be co-opted onto any of the Task and Finish Groups when required for specific tasks relating to the Policy and Resources Committee’s remit or decisions, as and when the members of the Task and Finish Group see fit.

 

2.2     The Policy and Resources Committee, having chosen their representatives for the four Task and Finish Groups, were keen to provide a substitute Member as well in the event that the first Member could not attend.
