13. Apologies for Absence
An apology was received from Councillor Paine.
14. Notification of Substitute Members
The following substitution was noted:-
Councillor Horne for Councillor Yates.

There were no Visiting Members.
16. Disclosures by Members and Officers
There were no disclosures by Members or Officers.
17. Disclosures of Lobbying
Councillor Mrs Wilson disclosed that she had been lobbied on Item 9 of the Agenda regard the proposal from Maidstone Housing Trust to change their governance arrangements.

RESOLVED: That the items on Part II of the Agenda be taken I private as proposed.
19. Minutes
RESOLVED: That the Minutes (Part I) of the Meeting held on 28 May 2009 be approved as a correct record and signed.
20. Exclusion of the Public from the Meeting
RESOLVED: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business because of the likely disclosure of exempt information for the reason specified, having applied the public interest test:-

21. MINUTES (PART II)
RESOLVED: That the Minutes (Part II) of the Meeting held on 28 May 2009 be approved as a correct record and signed.
22. PROPOSAL FROM MAIDSTONE HOUSING TRUST TO CHANGE THEIR GOVERNANCE ARRANGEMENTS
RESOLVED: That the recommendations set out in the Part II Minute be referred to Cabinet.
