Annex 1 – Mandatory conditions
No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence –
(a) at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

Annex 2 – Conditions consistent with the operating schedule
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
The DPS will oversee entry to the premises to control numbers and screen those seeking entry.
The DPS shall undertake and acquire accreditation from the Security Industries Authority in relation to door supervision. If no such accreditation has been acquired, the DPS shall liaise with the Local Police Authority to agree a suitable number of SIA registered door supervisors to be on site during opening hours.
Public Safety
No persons shall be admitted to, or allowed to remain on the premises who are, or are suspected of being intoxicated.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
Notices shall be displayed on the premises requesting customers to leave the premises quietly.

Children
No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies: (1) He is the child of the holder of the premises licence. (2) He resides in the premises, but is not employed there. (3) He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to or from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress. (4) The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fitted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancillary. In this condition “bar” includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of table meals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as an ancillary to their table meals.
Private Entertainment
Dancing, music or other entertainment of the like kind which is not a public entertainment but which is promoted for private gain is permitted without any hours.
Protection of Children If more than one hundred persons under 14 (“juniors”) are attending an entertainment for juniors or an entertainment at which the majority of those attending are juniors, there shall be sufficient adult attendants, properly instructed as to their duties: (a) to prevent more juniors or other persons being admitted to the building or part thereof than the building or part can properly accommodate; and (b) to control the movement of juniors and other persons admitted while entering and leaving the building or part; and to take all reasonable precautions for the safety of the children.
No person under the age of 17 years shall take part in any performance in which his life or limbs are endangered.
