53. Apologies for Absence
An apology for absence was received from Councillor Vizzard.
54. Notification of Substitute Members
It was noted that Councillor Mrs Joy substituted for Councillor Vizzard.

There were no Visiting Members.

RESOLVED: That the items on the Agenda be taken in public as proposed.
59. Minutes
RESOLVED: That the Minutes of the Meeting held on 13 February 2012 be approved as a correct record and signed.
60. Nominations to Outside Bodies
The Group considered the report of the Head of Democratic Services regarding nominations to Outside Bodies.
RESOLVED:
1. That Councillor Vizzard be appointed to the vacancy on Age Concern with immediate effect and until 27 September 2012.
1. That Councillors Ash, Mrs Hinder, Vizzard and Yates be appointed to the vacancies on the Maidstone Beauvais Twinning Association with effect from 1 April 2012 for a period of 1 year.
