The applicant has provided an amended site layout (amended drawing number A(GA)A-001 rev H) which shows an increase in the on site cycle parking provision to 10 spaces, in response to the comments of the Kent County Council Highway Services Engineer. The amended provision is in a similar position to that previously proposed and found to be acceptable by the Conservation Officer, and as such I raise no objection to the amendment, and given the limited scale of the amendment do not considered it necessary in the circumstances of this case to reconsult on this matter.

Amendment to report MA/12/0463:

Paragraph 5.4.12 refers to the new build element of the proposal as representing enabling development; this is a typographic error, and the reference should be deleted. For the avoidance of doubt, the application is not considered to represent enabling development.

Recommendation:

My recommendation remains unchanged, other than the substitution in the proposal description of the amended drawing reference.
