An additional objection has been received which has also been provided to members of the Planning Committee as lobbying material.

In respect of application MA/13/0882, the development for which planning permission is sought has not yet been undertaken, this is therefore not an existing site. Otherwise, the points raised have been addressed in the Committee report, and I have nothing to add.

My recommendation remains unchanged.
