Boxley Parish Council did comment on this application via e-mail September 8^th 2009 and stated;

�Do not wish to object but very sympathetic to the neighbours.� Boxley Parish Council strongly objected to the retrospective nature of the planning application and would question why the Building Regulations Department did not report this to the Enforcement Department.�

Boxley Parish Council does not wish to object to this application and have raised no further material planning issues to consider.

My recommendation remains unchanged.
