Attend or Ask Questions at Meetings
Meetings
Most of our meetings are held at Maidstone Town Hall in the High Street. We have wheelchair facilities, including lifts and toilets. There's also an induction loop.
You're more than welcome to attend, however for confidential or exempt items on the agenda, you'd be asked to leave.
Asking questions
Questions are limited to one per person and need to be emailed to committeeservices@maidstone.gov.uk, along with the name and address of the person asking the question and the Councillor it's for, by 5pm one working day before the meeting.
For example, if the meeting is on a Wednesday, questions would need to be with us by 5pm the Monday before.
