• where the litter or bin is
• a description of where we can find it
• if there is more litter in the same road
• if you have any photographs

What happens next

Appropriate action will be taken based on the location of the litter or litter bin.

Public land

We will try to clear the litter or empty the bin within 48 hours of it being reported. It will take longer if the litter is large or special equipment is needed to clear it.

Privately owned land

Our waste crime team will investigate the report further.

Other land

Your report will be sent forward if the land is owned by:

• Golding Homes
• Kent County Council
• Network Rail
