Maidstone market takes place alongside a boot fair every Tuesday and Saturday from 7.30am to 1pm.

Location

The market takes place in the car park by Lockmeadow Entertainment Complex. The postcode for this car park is ME16 8LW.

Market stalls

The market offers a variety of stalls, including:

• fruit and vegetables
• fresh fish
• local produce
• flowers
• bric-a-brac
• household items
• groceries

Our Facebook page is regularly updated with information about stalls. If you would like to have a stall at the market, you can apply for a pitch.

Boot fair

Our boot fair pitches are available to anyone selling second-hand goods. You must book by emailing jeffrobinson@maidstone.gov.uk. The site is open from 6am for traders.

A single pitch is two car parking spaces and costs £10. For two additional spaces, we charge £10 extra.  All payments for pitches need to paid by card. We cannot accept cash.

When you arrive at the site, head to the office. One of our staff members will help you. They will also take the payment for the pitch.

All boot fair pitches are outdoors. Refunds will not be given due to bad weather.
