Bin collections
If you ever have a missed collection, please report it to us as soon as possible and leave your bin(s) visible for collection.
Do not put any plastic bags in your recycling bin. Most residents ensure their recycling bin is clean by emptying all containers, bottles and jars, before placing them loose, into their recycling bin.
Bin collection alerts
You can sign up for text alerts about your bin collections using our online form.
The service will advise you of serious delays or disruptions affecting the whole collection round.
Report a missed bin
If your bin was not collected, you can report it using our online form. Please ensure you report it within 48 hours.
