We have many football pitches across the borough available for adult and junior games on a weekly basis.
The football leagues covering Maidstone normally run from September to the following April. We provide pitches for league fixtures during that time.
FA-affiliated leagues have priority for league fixtures and cup games as part of our support of Kent FA, however, we're also able to hire pitches to schools and other community organisations on a regular basis as well.

Can I book one of these pitches for the whole season?
Teams are able to request a pitch be their home pitch for the season and book it for all their home fixtures in the league and cups.
To make a home pitch request for the 2023/2024 season please complete a home pitch form and email us the form.
A deposit of £100 will be charged to secure the home pitch for the season. This charge will be refunded to teams in the first quarter invoice if they use the pitch for their home fixtures. Teams who secure a home pitch with us but then fail to use it for matches in the 2023/2024 season will not be eligible for a refund.

Pitches are available for fixtures on Saturday and Sunday so it is possible for pitches to be the home pitch for more than one team.

How do I pay for a booking?
Payments will be made directly to us and can be made by BACS, over the phone or in person.
Invoices will be raised to teams on a monthly basis with payment due for matches played up to that point.

How do I book pre-season and casual games?
Between May and August each year we aim to provide some pitches for friendly fixtures and one-off charity or social matches but must balance this with ensuring the pitches are all rested and ready for the start of the next football season.
Bookings for one-off matches are made via email.
Cancellations
We will cancel fixtures if the ground conditions are such that play would damage the pitches.
Grounds maintenance staff will assess the pitches on match days and provide updated information on the pitches' voicemail message. Teams can phone this number and get up-to-date information on match cancellations.
We will do our best to find alternative pitches for fixtures that are interrupted but this is not always possible.
Teams can call 07794 051773 after 9am and get up-to-date information.
Expected standards of behaviour
We follow the FA Respect Guidelines and expects all teams to abide by them too. The pitch booking terms and conditions, which are sent to all teams who book pitches, include the guidelines along with a Maidstone pitches code of conduct that all hirers must sign up to.
Persistent breaches of the code of conduct will result in bookings being cancelled and pitch hire privileges being revoked.
Tennis
The courts are pay and play. You'll need to pay for the court at the relevant park to either the groundsman or tennis academy.
