If you live in Maidstone, we will collect your garden waste if you have a subscription. We collect garden waste every two weeks on your normal collection day. We do not collect during the Christmas break.

A subscription costs £53.50 for each bin. New bins have a £10.50 delivery fee. You can have up to three subscriptions per household.

You can add an extra bin to your subscription at any time.

Subscriptions run from 1 July to 30 June. If you join during the year, the cost is based on how many months are left.

Please have your debit or credit card ready to pay.

Renew

You must pay to renew your subscription to keep your collections. If you do not renew, your collections will stop.

We will contact you by email or text message when it is time to renew. If your subscription has expired, you will need to subscribe again.

What happens next

We will send your permit sticker by post. It may take up to 10 days to arrive. Please put your sticker on your bin as soon as you get it.

New bins can take up to 10 days to be delivered.

Permit stickers

We will send you a permit sticker for each bin in your subscription. You must put the sticker on the back of your bin below the handles.

Bins without a permit sticker will not be emptied and may be removed.

If your permit sticker is lost or damaged, you can request a new one.
